Every review is from someone who worked the job — verified through Firebase auth, anonymous to the public by default. Workers rate four dimensions on a 1-5 scale: pay (what you were promised vs paid), safety (PPE, JSAs, near-miss culture), management (communication, schedule honesty), and culture (how they treat travelers).
Pay reports are separate — hourly rate, per diem, weekly hours, and how the package compares to BLS median for that trade in that state. The pay snapshot on each contractor page is the average of recent reports.
We don't take money from contractors. They can't buy a higher rating, can't remove reviews, can't run promoted spots. The data only works if the workers trust it.
